Since 2004, the Cannes International Pan-African Film Festival has been an exhibition platform for Cinema and cinema-related professions, for Arts and know-how, and especially for Innovation, Culture and Events. The Dikalo Awards were created in 2006 and have been awarded by a professional jury to the Best Feature and Short Film (Fiction), the Best Documentary, the Best Actress and Best Actor. DIKALO is word in Douala (Cameroon) which means MESSAGE.
WHAT NO ONE KNOWS was chosen as Best Feature (fiction) for, among other things, its authentic story telling and universal appeal.
